Jaden Hossler and Nessa Barrett Confirm They’re Together Amid Drama with Mads Lewis (2024)

If you thought the Mads Lewis/Jaden Hossler/Nessa Barret drama was over, you're in for a wake up call. On Monday night, Pandora's Box opened up wide and the world of TikTok exploded.

First, a quick catch up for anyone who's been living under a rock. Mads was dating Jaden, and Nessa was dating Josh Richards when Nessa and Jaden started spending more time together while working on a song. Mads then accused Nessa of stealing Jaden from her, causing the breakups of Mads and Jaden and Josh and Nessa. At first, it seemed like Mads' accusations were overblown, but now, it looks like they may actually be true.

On Monday night, Hollywood Fix stopped Jaden and Nessa while they were out together. The paparazzi called them a new couple and asked how long they've been official.

"I don't know anything about that, but we're just trying to enjoy ourselves," Jaden said. "Really trying to be happy." Jaden continued, saying that they feel like they handled the situation "respectfully and privately" and he's "the happiest [he's] ever been." The paparazzi then asked Nessa if she's the happiest she's ever been and she responded, saying, "yeah."

The incident also comes after Mads went on the Barstool podcast, Call Her Daddy. While the episode won't be released until tomorrow, there are clips posted online of Mads claiming Jaden told her he likes Nessa the morning the show was recorded.

And that is when the drama really reached a head. Previously, Nessa's ex, Josh admitted that the idea of his best friend, Jaden, and his ex getting together would really upset him, but he didn't think there was any truth to Mads' claims. So, now that it seems like Mads may have been right, Josh's friends are rallying around him.

On Monday night, fellow Sway Boy, Griffin Johnson, posted on his Instagram Stories. "Nobody is loyal," he wrote. "F*ck everyone. I'm going to war for you until the day I die @joshrichards."

Then, Jaden went on Instagram Live to discuss the situation. "She's a sweet girl," Jaden said about Mads. "I understand she's going through a lot of hurt and that's why she might have been handling things the way she has been. Do I agree with it? No. I think it made us get to this point, which is not where I want us to be."

Jaden also talked about Josh and Griffin's response to the situation. "I understand they're on his side and they want to be boys," Jaden said. He then confirmed that he went to jail for Josh, something that many people have been speculating since Jaden and Bryce Hall were arrested last May. Many believed Jaden took the fall for Josh so he wouldn't get deported to Canada. "I actually went to jail for him. I got detained, I was in jail for 15 hours. That's real life...That's how much I loved him." Jaden ended the video, saying Josh has him blocked on everything currently. "Josh, if you're listening bro, please just call me," he said.

Then, it was Nessa's turn to talk. She kept things short and vague, tweeting, "I don’t need to pity myself. i know the decision i made. y’all don’t know the whole story and probably never will because the truth hurts and it shouldn’t be online. night."

Josh also took to Twitter. "Personally, I am going to handle this offline," he wrote. "The last 3 weeks has been hard on me and I just need time to think. I appreciate all of my friends and supporters that have reached out to check in on me. It means more than you know. I’m doing ok and have no ill will towards anyone."
